The successful applicant must be capable of diagnosing, servicing and repairing the following product lines:
Apple Macintosh desktop computers
Apple PowerBook portable computers
Apple Displays
Apple peripherals and accessories
What we'll ask you to do:
Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer by utilizing retail sales and customer services skills
Tactfully identify the difference between a misguided user and an unhealthy Macintosh
Bring your area of expertise to add value to our diverse team
Provide unparalleled customer service while solving and diagnosing Apple customer issues
Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer, explain and sell the benefits of Mac and Applecare.
Complete bench repairs in a thorough and timely fashion
Prioritize daily workload
Research order and repair status for customers
Be intimately aware of inventory levels and order replacement consumables as needed
Be aware of Loss Prevention issues
